The House Corporation of Epsilon Delta is the entity which owns the Chapter's lodge and controls the use of the facility. The House Corp is managed by a board of directors comprised of the following Epsilon Delta alumni: Jim Gilbreath, president, Dal Burrous, treasurer and board members Robert Taylor, Kent Hance, Randy Stevenson, Nevill Manning and David Hart.
With member dues, the Chapter makes monthly payments to the House Corp to amortize the lodge mortgage and pay property taxes. Contributions to reduce the lodge mortgage can be made to Epsilon Delta House Corporation, c/o Dal Burrous, P.O. Box 1680, Lubbock, TX 79408
