The House Corporation of Epsilon Delta is the entity which owns the Chapter's lodge and controls the use of the facility. The House Corp is managed by a board of directors comprised of the following Epsilon Delta alumni: Shawn Cannon (President) and Brian Etchison (Treasurer)
With member dues, the Chapter makes monthly payments to the House Corp for lodge maintenance and to pay property taxes. Contributions to reduce the lodge fund can be made to Epsilon Delta House Corporation, c/o Dal Burrous, P.O. Box 1680, Lubbock, TX 79408
